For Gamers Only 4: Bye bye, Sony Online Entertainment

Added: 05.02.2015 9:10 | 7 views | 0 comments

It's a big episode this week, gamers! Lots of news has broken since episode 3, and Ben, Garri, and host Glenn Gordon have plenty to discuss. For example, what does gaming have to do with 911 emergency services? Spoiler: the crew has no idea. For PC gamers, Nvidia has been hustling to contain/explain an issue with a certain model of its graphics cards. Also, Riot Games is working on a new system to improve its infamously toxic community of gamers. Sega is restructuring at the cost of over 300 jobs, and Sony has sold one of its biggest studios. Further, there's a little controversy with Xur, the NPC in Destiny who sells exotic gear. And of course, big changes are coming to PlayStation Vita that have some Vita owners very concerned about the handheld's future. Tune in next week for episode 5, gamers! At least, people like it enough for the developers over at Acquire to organise for the game to receive an updated port for a next gen console. In fact, theres already word that the same game will, once again, be ported onto another console! This time the Nintendo 3DS. What gameplay mechanics will be added to that version I have no idea, but Im not here to ta...
